The 3d model of the female and her surroundings was created in Cinema4D, the same software was used for extracting the slices for the laser cutting.

Each slice of 2mm thick mild steel was welded at an equal space to the slice before it, with structural rods running through the sculpture. The metal was sanded down, polished and sprayed with lacquer for a long-lasting no rust finish.
